Creative Jobs by Jellysmack

Creative Jobs is an existing service by Jellysmack that connects YouTube creators to qualified freelance talent that understand the needs of creators. The task was designing the entire ‘Job Posting’ mechanism: the job market, as well as the framework that enables clients to create job posts and freelancers to apply through a bidding system.

The challenge was the high impact this feature would have over key areas of the app, and being able to properly plan out the design and development within time and tech constraints. I joined the team and lead the scoping and design of this feature. This involved extensive mapping, service flows and discussions on how to best integrate it within the existing system.
